Introduction to Huaxi Flange Company
Jiangyin Huaxi Flange Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. (Wuxi Hua'an Flange Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Huaxi Group Co., Ltd. It is a senior enterprise specializing in the production of flanges, stainless steel flanges, carbon steel flanges, and pipe fittings. Established in 1984, specializing in the production of export flanges. In 1990, a joint venture was established with SINGAPORE TOWA HARDWARE PIE LTD in Singapore to form Wuxi Hua'an Flange Co., Ltd. In 2005, the company implemented a technological transformation and extension project, adding 3600 ton hydraulic presses, 5-meter ring mills, 8-ton and 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, 2-5 meter vertical lathes, 5-meter CNC drilling machines, heat treatment furnaces and other circular forging production equipment. The company's core products achieved strategic adjustments.
At present, the company covers an area of 150000 square meters, with a factory area of 80000 square meters and more than 1000 employees, including 115 senior and intermediate technical personnel. Annual production of 35000 tons of ring forgings and 25000 tons of finished flanges and fittings, available in various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel, with over 10000 specifications and varieties, exported to 28 countries and regions including Japan, the United States, France, Germany, and Italy. The company has self operated import and export rights and can directly undertake orders from foreign customers. It can produce standard flanges and fittings according to domestic and foreign standards such as JIS, ANSI, EN, DIN, BS, GB, etc. It can also produce ring forgings, non-standard flanges and fittings based on customer drawings or samples.
The company has a comprehensive quality assurance system and a complete set of modern physical and chemical testing equipment. In recent years, we have successively passed ISO9001 quality system certification, TUV Rheinland ISO9001&PED system certification, China Classification Society factory accreditation certificate, special equipment (pressure pipeline) manufacturing license, national quality inspection bureau's first-class export enterprise evaluation, JIS certification, BV factory accreditation certificate, China Forging Association membership certificate, pressure vessel steel forging product safety registration certificate, and wind turbine machinery branch membership certificate.
