Stainless steel flange sealing ring is a product in which two flanges are connected and placed in the middle of the two flange sealing surfaces, and then the flanges are tightened with bolts to prevent flange leakage. When replacing the sealing ring of the large flange, there is no need to remove the valve disc. Simply open the valve next to the flange and remove the key on the operating device to adjust it to the closed state. Afterwards, it remains connected to the main valve key and continues to rotate the handwheel in the opening direction until the sealing ring is located on the side facing the valve body seal, in order to replace the sealing ring.
The sealing ring of the large flange generates self sealing force under the working pressure in the opposite direction, which increases the sealing pressure and presses the valve seat tightly. The greater the working pressure in the opposite direction, the greater the self sealing force. Therefore, the sealing ring is tightly connected to the valve seat, achieving bidirectional sealing. In high-voltage equipment and pipelines, use metal gaskets made of copper, aluminum, grade 10 steel, and stainless steel in the form of lenses or other shapes. The contact width between the high-pressure gasket and the sealing surface is narrow (line contact), and the sealing surface and gasket have high machining smoothness.
